The main website has been updated with some information.  Namely:

:D Hopefully this will be interesting for some people.  Remember of course that some of this stuff is still in flux so feel free to make suggestions and ask questions in the appropriate forums ;)

OK, the About page ( http://qelserv.quadronyx.org/QELServ/QELServ ) now contains a list of features that exist in the engine.  It's not complete and shouldn't be used to ascertain how the game is to be played however :P
