Online/Offline Status on Homepage

Basically what it says in the title, just while its beta so we know when its up/down or around the corner.

There is actually a list of online players off the main page ( http://qelserv.quadronyx.org/ ) here:
  http://qelserv.quadronyx.org/online_players.txt

Though it's not actually accurate when the server's not running   I'll fix it up and have a nice image or something eh?

Well, for now this page has been updated to include server status:

http://qelserv.quadronyx.org/QELServ/Server

The following dynamic image also always represents the current status (though I'm sure someone will come up with a much better image in future)
