Combat Experience
The way experience is gained for the 4 combatant skills in QELServ is different to the method used in Eternal Lands.
Attack
Attack experience is gained each time an opponent is successfully hit with a melee weapon, the amount of experience gained is based on the amount of damage inflicted.
Ranging
Ranging experience is gained each time an opponent is successfully hit with a ranged weapon, the amount of experience gained is based on the amount of damage inflicted.
Magic
Magic experience is gained each time a spell is successfully cast on a target, the amount of experienced gained is based on the degree of effect that is had.
Summoning
Summoning experience is gained each time a summoned creature successfully hits an opponent, the amount of experienced gained is based on the amount of damage the summon inflicts.
